TL;DR: Your health data stays on your device. We don't collect or have access to your migraine logs, health data, or personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Health Data (Stored Locally)

Migraine Tracker allows you to record and track your migraine and headache episodes. This data includes:

• Migraine entries (severity, date, time, duration)
• Pain types and locations
• Aura symptoms and associated symptoms
• Triggers (food, environment, lifestyle, hormonal)
• Medication usage and effectiveness
• Personal notes and observations

Important: All health data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData encrypted storage and is NOT transmitted to our servers. We do not have access to your migraine logs, headache history, or any medical data.

2.2 Device Information

We may collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• Anonymous device identifier for subscription management
• App version and crash reports

2.3 Purchase Information

When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store). We receive only:

• Confirmation of your subscription status
• Anonymous transaction identifiers
• Subscription type (monthly or yearly)

We do NOT have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID credentials.

2.4 iCloud Sync (Optional - Pro Feature)

If you enable iCloud Sync (Pro feature), your data is:

• Synced through your personal iCloud account via CloudKit
• Encrypted by Apple's CloudKit infrastructure
• Only accessible by you through your Apple ID
• NOT accessible by Wizlab or any third parties

2.5 Apple Health Integration (Optional)

If you enable Apple Health integration, Migraine Tracker may read:

• Sleep data (hours and quality)
• Step count
• Heart rate data
• Menstrual cycle data (if enabled)

This data is used solely to correlate health metrics with your migraine patterns and is processed locally on your device. No HealthKit data is sent to our servers.

2.6 Weather Data

Migraine Tracker uses Apple WeatherKit to capture weather conditions (barometric pressure, temperature, humidity) at the time of a migraine entry. This data is:

• Fetched through Apple's WeatherKit framework
• Stored locally on your device alongside migraine entries
• Used to identify weather-related migraine triggers
• NOT shared with third parties

2.7 Apple Watch Data

If you use the Apple Watch companion app, data logged on your Watch is:

• Synced to your iPhone via Apple's Watch Connectivity framework
• Stored locally on your devices
• NOT transmitted to our servers

2.8 Analytics

Migraine Tracker uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-friendly, anonymous usage analytics. TelemetryDeck:

• Does NOT collect personal data or health information
• Does NOT use cookies or fingerprinting
• Only tracks anonymous, aggregated usage patterns (e.g., which features are popular)
• Is fully GDPR and CCPA compliant

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Process and manage your subscriptions
• Improve and optimize the App experience
• Detect and prevent technical issues

We do NOT use your health data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality to you.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your health data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData with encryption. This data is:

• Encrypted at rest by iOS
• Protected by your device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID
• Backed up to iCloud only if you enable device backup or iCloud Sync
• Deleted when you uninstall the App (unless backed up to iCloud)

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers to track subscription status. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

5.2 Apple Services

The App integrates with Apple App Store for purchases, Apple HealthKit for health data, Apple WeatherKit for weather conditions, and Apple CloudKit for iCloud sync. These services are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

5.3 TelemetryDeck

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data stored in the App
• Export: Export your data as PDF or CSV (Pro feature)
• Delete: Remove all your data by uninstalling the App or using in-app data reset

• Revoke Permissions: Revoke HealthKit and Location permissions in iOS Settings at any time

Migraine Tracker is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
