By downloading, installing, or using Boxly (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Boxly is an iOS inventory management application that provides:
Boxly offers a free tier with limited features (up to 20 products, basic stock tracking) and a Pro tier with unlimited products, barcode scanning, and advanced features. You can use the free tier without purchasing Pro.
The App may display a paywall or onboarding screen explaining the benefits of Pro. You are never required to purchase Pro to use the core functionality of the App.
Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription at $9.99/month or $79.99/year. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit 2.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. You can submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Boxly is an inventory tracking and management tool. It does not provide financial, accounting, or tax advice. Stock values, insights, and analytics are based on the data you enter and are for informational purposes only.
Boxly relies on you to enter accurate product information and stock quantities. The App provides tools to help you track inventory but cannot guarantee the accuracy of physical stock counts.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, icons, text, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Wizlab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WIZLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, INVENTORY DISCREPANCIES, STOCK MISCOUNTS, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
IF LIABILITY IS ESTABLISHED NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or specific features if required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Cancellation of your Pro subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
These Terms are between you and Wizlab, not Apple. Wizlab, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support for the App. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
